We, at Placement Services USA, understand that there are many fields of interest that may require assistance from a placement agency in meeting certain deadlines, goals, or fulfilling legal or court requirements. The Department of Labor, for example, has given employers an option of utilizing a placement agency as part of employer's efforts to recruit for immigration purposes.
We are not attorneys or immigration specialists, and, as such, we do not give any advice on how to fulfill any requirements.
We do, however, offer a specialized 30-day recruitment process to test the job market for any interested employer or authorized party.
The employer or authorized party will pay a flat fee, and, in return, Placement Services USA will recruit for the employer as part of our normal process.
The employer can choose to have Placement Services USA sort and interview any prospective candidates OR the employer may chose to have us simply forward all collected resumes from a particular job directly to the employer or agent at the conclusion of the recruitment period. We will also provide a letter attesting to our recruitment efforts.
It must be noted that IF the employer hires a candidate through Placement Services USA, the employer would then be obliged to pay our normal placement fees with credit given for the flat fee.
There is no obligation or additional fee involved if the employer does not hire a Placement Services USA Candidate.
